Privacy, cookies, and affiliate disclosure

Last updated: 7 October 2026. Hotelista (hotelista.com) is a hotel and car-hire comparison site. This page explains how we handle information, cookies, and partner links, including Stay22.

Affiliate disclosure

Hotelista is a participant in the Stay22 affiliate program. Hotel search clicks to Booking, Agoda, Expedia, GetYourGuide, Hotels.com, Kayak, and Vrbo are sent through Stay22 LetMeAllez. If you book on a partner site after using those links, Stay22 may pay Hotelista a commission. You pay the partner’s published price. Hotelista does not add a booking fee.

Car-hire links on the Cars page go to the rental brands directly (Budget, Alamo, Enterprise, Avis, Sixt, Dollar, Hertz, Thrifty) and are not Stay22 hotel links.

Amounts shown under partner logos after you tap Compare prices are examples generated on this site so you can preview a layout. They are not live quotes from Booking, Stay22, or any other partner. Always confirm the current rate, taxes, and availability on the partner site before you book.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tools only after you choose Accept, except for storage that remembers that choice and your compare dates/platform preference.

• Essential: your cookie choice, last search dates, and preferred compare partner. These stay on your device and are not used for advertising.
• Stay22 LetMeAllez: the Stay22 script (scripts.stay22.com/letmeallez.js) helps attribute hotel clicks and bookings to Hotelista’s Stay22 account (lmaID). Stay22 and the booking partners process the click according to their own privacy notices.
• Google Analytics: measurement ID G-98Z2RYLKRW, loaded from Google Tag Manager / gtag, to understand which pages are used. Google may process this data in the United States.

Stay22’s own privacy notice is published by Stay22. Partner sites (Booking, Agoda, Expedia, and others) apply their own terms when you continue to their checkout.

Information we process

Hotelista is a static site. We do not run a booking account or store your passport, payment card, or reservation. Search text and dates you type stay in the browser (and in the partner URL) so we can open the right Stay22 or rental-brand page. Analytics, if you accept cookies, records page views and similar usage.

International visitors

If you are in the EEA, UK, or another region that requires consent for non-essential cookies, choose Essential only to use Hotelista without Stay22’s script or Google Analytics. Hotel partner links still open through Stay22 Allez URLs so you can compare and book; attribution cookies from Stay22 will not load until you Accept.
